Join the special family-friendly workshop on 28th January at the Fitzrovia Chapel in London. This workshop is part of the exhibition 'Lawrence in Fitzrovia: Unveiling of the Marble Head' by artist Corin Johnson. Running from 26th January to 9th February 2024, the exhibition showcases Lawrence's history as a cult musician in bands like Felt and Denim. Inspired by this, participants will have the opportunity to create their own DIY guitars and musical instruments using recycled materials. Led by artist Christina Rose Brown, the workshop promises a unique and creative experience in the stunning setting of the Fitzrovia Chapel, known as "the most beautiful room in London." Two sessions are available: Session 1 from 10am to 11am and Session 2 from 11.30am to 12.30pm. The ticket price for each session is £3.96 per child, with a non-refundable booking fee. Booking is not required for adults or children under 2 years. The event is wheelchair accessible, and attendees are encouraged to contact the organizer in advance for any specific accessibility needs.
