Learn the fundamentals of pitching and catching at the February Pitching & Catching Clinic in Ocoee. This clinic is designed for girls in the 12u, 10u, and 8u age groups who want to enhance their skills on the softball field. Led by experienced players from Olympia High School Softball, participants will receive expert instruction on proper form and technique. Pitchers will focus on refining their mechanics and will learn a variety of drills that can be practiced at home or during team sessions. Catchers, on the other hand, will be taught proper positioning and various throwing drills to improve their overall performance behind the plate. Pitchers are required to bring their own catchers, which can be a parent. Catchers should bring their gear if they have it. This clinic is a fantastic opportunity for young softball players to learn from some of the best in the game and gain valuable knowledge that will benefit them in future games and tournaments. The clinic will take place on February 3, 2024, at the West Orange Girls Club located at 881 Ocoee Apopka Rd, Ocoee, FL 34761. The cost to attend is $40 per participant.
