The program covers essential Mountain Bike Skills, focusing on getting the most out of your ride. Participants will explore all the trails at Rushmere Park, including the Pumptrack and Ridge Riders Gravity Trails, under the supervision of knowledgeable staff. Remember, all participants must have and wear a Helmet and Knee Pads for safety.
