Come and experience the invigorating practice of Goat Yoga at the enchanting Toyota Music Factory in Irving! The delightful Goat Yoga tribe will be grazing and frolicking around (and sometimes on) the participants, creating an unforgettable yoga experience. This unique event will take place at the picturesque Texas Lottery Plaza, allowing you to connect with nature while practicing yoga. Please come dressed appropriately for the weather, as this event will be held outdoors. By participating in this class, you not only get to enjoy the amazing benefits of Goat Yoga but also contribute directly to the welfare of our beloved animals and support local non-profit initiatives. Before the class starts, please ensure that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. After the yoga session, you will have the opportunity to socialize with our friendly goats and capture memorable pictures. To ensure your comfort during the class, we kindly request that you bring your own yoga mat. However, we will provide large towels for all attendees. Additionally, we offer complimentary amenities such as bottled water, sunscreen, and bug spray. It's important to note that our adorable goats may show interest in you, engaging in playful behaviors like nudging, scratching, and nibbling. As goats are not potty trained, we have a sanitizing station and antibacterial wipes available for your convenience. Participants aged 5 and over are welcome to join the fun, accompanied by a participating parent or guardian. Masks are not required as this is an outdoor fitness event. Each participant is responsible for practicing social distancing according to their personal preferences. Before the class commences, everyone will need to check-in and sign a liability waiver.
