Join Vanessa Vannoy and Headstands for Hunger on Sunday, October 1st to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Headstands for Hunger 10th Annual Yoga Event. The event will take place at Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ, located at 101 Crawfords Corner Road, Holmdel, NJ 07733. From humble beginnings in a school gym, the event has grown over the past decade, moving to the impressive Convention Hall in Asbury Park before finding its new home at Bell Works. This year, the focus is on our animal friends as participants WALK, DANCE, and FLOW! The event will kick off at 7:30 AM with a walking meditation around the lake, followed by a 45-minute dance led by the amazing Tootsie Olan at 8:30 AM. The event will culminate with an all-levels yoga practice led by the best instructors in Monmouth County. Live music and vendors will be available, making it an enjoyable experience for all ages and levels of experience. No prior experience in headstands is required. So bring your mat, friends, enthusiasm, and a generous amount of food for dogs and cats. Let's make a difference together once again!
