The IMPROV 300 SUNDAY - Scene Building - Listen/Be Heard SPRING '24 class is a continuation of the previous classes, focusing on character work. The course aims to enhance your scene-building skills and explore non-linear narratives, while emphasizing the use of the environment and creating convincing characters. Through this class, you will learn to bring your scenes to life with energy and believable environments. Additionally, you will develop the ability to sustain a more complex narrative and play with commitment. Participation in the end-of-session showcase provides an opportunity to test your skills in front of an audience. The class will run for 8 Sundays, excluding Easter on 3/31, from 4-6:30pm. The location for this class is 5700 6th Ave S Suite 109, Seattle, WA 98108. To enroll, you must have completed Improv 100 and Improv 200, or obtain approval from the Education Director. The class is open to individuals aged 18 and above. The cost of the class is $285, including booking fees. Please note that if you cancel before the first class, credit will be provided towards a future class. Refunds are not available. However, if you cancel after the first class, credit will not be offered for a future class.
