The Jazz For Tomorrow Student Stage is an extraordinary event that showcases the remarkable talent of students in the field of jazz. Visitors can enjoy an arts exhibit by Miami Lighthouse, an Arts and Sustainability exhibit by Clean Miami Beach, and an interactive music exhibit by the South Florida Center for Percussive Arts. Additionally, there will be face painting for kids by Power Access and various non-profit tents. The event will kick off with a Coffee Talk and Q&A session featuring veteran producer and engineer, Jimmy Douglas. This session will be moderated by Zach Lamer of Young Musicians Unite. Following that, there will be a Kiddos Master Class by the South Florida Center for Percussive Arts, led by Brandon Cruz. Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy performances by talented jazz ensembles, including the Broward College Jazz Combo, JECC Jazz Bootcamp Ensemble, Miami Lighthouse Band, Frost - Maggie Kinney Collective, and the YMU Jazz Collective. Admission to the Jazz For Tomorrow Student Stage is free, but RSVP is required. While donations are optional, they are greatly appreciated and contribute to funding Power Access scholarships and community programs.
