Broadway Plaza is thrilled to present Jazzercize with Kris and Laurel at their Event Plaza! This exciting outdoor workout is a part of Broadway Plaza's first annual Health & Wellness Fair. The fair will feature a variety of retailer and vendor booths, product demonstrations, and outdoor classes. Attendees of all ages are welcome to join in the fun!

Kris Buchholz and Laurel Hood are experienced Jazzercise instructors who will be leading the session. Kris has been instructing for over a decade and is celebrating her 13th year in the fitness industry. Laurel has been Jazzercising since high school and recently became a certified instructor. Both Kris and Laurel can be found teaching at Tice Valley Gym in Walnut Creek.

Jazzercise is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that combines cardio, strength training, and stretching. Get ready to channel your inner pop diva as you dance and sweat to modern music during this energizing workout. Bring your mats, weights, and plenty of energy to achieve long, lean muscles and a fantastic mood boost!

Please note that all participants will be required to sign a waiver in order to join the session. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to get fit and have fun.
