Join the Keep Going 5K/10K/13.1 Run CHICAGO/EVANSTON, a small and private group run that will inspire and motivate you to keep running. Run with other passionate runners and experienced run pacers as you explore a beautiful route. This run is all about finding hope and making a difference in the lives of those we love. When you register for the Keep Going Run, not only will you have the opportunity to run with a supportive community, but you'll also receive a special pin and a hand-picked playlist of inspirational running songs. This playlist can be used on Spotify or YouTube Music to enhance your training for the race. Spaces for this run are limited, so make sure to register quickly before the waves fill up. If the waves are sold out, you can still sign up for the virtual run option or join the wait list. The small, private group run is open to all ages and paces, so whether you prefer to run or walk, you're welcome to participate. The Keep Going Run is a stress-free event designed to help you achieve your goals. There are no timing chips, but our coordinators can assist you in keeping track of your time using bib numbers. If you're interested in timing your run, simply let our coordinator know on race day, and they will guide you through an easy process. As part of the Swag Bag, you'll receive a premium running shirt and a finisher's medal. The shirt will be shipped directly to your US mailing address, and the medal can be claimed by emailing us after the run. There's no need to pick up any packets as everything will be conveniently delivered to you. For those who prefer a virtual run, we offer the unique support of a Coach who can provide encouragement through text messages. You can complete the virtual run at any time and place of your choosing, using a tracking device if desired. Once you've finished, simply submit your results to receive your well-deserved medal.
