Join the Making Conversation workshop for adults at Manchester Art Gallery, where participants can engage in both verbal and visual artistic exploration. Led by lead artist Naomi Kendrick and artist assistant Helen Newman, this three-hour workshop is designed to encourage dialogue and creative expression. Throughout the workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to view artwork in the gallery spaces as a group, experiencing art from different perspectives. Participants are encouraged to share their own thoughts if they wish, contributing to the collective discussion. Following the gallery tour, attendees can experiment with various art materials to create their own pieces, either independently or in collaboration with others. Additionally, this workshop offers audio description support for blind and visually impaired individuals, allowing for inclusive participation. Manchester Art Gallery strives to create an open and accessible environment for all visitors.
