MOVE, PLAY, DANCE! A workshop dedicated to the joy of movement is a special event that aims to bring the community together through movement and creativity. Hosted at MOAH:CEDAR in Lancaster, CA, this workshop offers participants a two-hour experience filled with calisthenics, aerobics, stretching, and various dance and movement practices.
