Welcome to the New Year Intention Setting Workshop (Mixed Media Art Making) at Solstice Healing Arts Collective in Bloomfield Hills. Facilitated by Art Therapist Taylor Beardsall, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to reflect upon 2023 and set new intentions for 2024. Through the creation of mixed-media art pieces, participants will anchor their new intentions, combining elements of vision boarding, journaling, and other embellishments. Setting intentions through the creative process is a powerful way to align oneself with personal values, find inspiration, and manifest goals. No prior art experience is necessary, as this workshop warmly welcomes individuals of all skill levels. All materials will be provided, but if you have a journal or other items that you would like to include in your vision board, feel free to bring them along. The workshop will take place on January 7, 2024, at Solstice Healing Arts Collective located at 21220 West 14 Mile Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48301.
