The NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting Course is a comprehensive 8-hour program designed to equip individuals with the fundamental knowledge, skills, and attitude required for safe and effective pistol use in target shooting. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of safe gun handling, pistol operation, and ammunition knowledge. The course covers essential shooting fundamentals, including shooting from the Bench Rest and Standing positions. Students will also learn about pistol cleaning and have opportunities for further skill development. Each participant will receive a Basics of Pistol Shooting handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, Basic of Pistol Shooting Student Examination, and a Course Completion Certificate. It is important to note that no live ammunition is allowed in the classroom, and students are required to bring at least 100 cartridges for the live fire exercises on the range. If you do not own a pistol, rentals are available, but ammunition must be purchased separately. Please leave your guns and ammo in your car and sign a waiver of liability before each class. Phoenix Zoo is located in Tempe Arizona and it is by far one of the best zoos I have been to. There are many attractions to the zoo like the wildlife. Phoenix Zoo has places like sea life walk where you can go see the sea life. The have a trail called Desert trail where you can see all the desert animals. they also have an area where you can see all the flowers in Arizona. they have a kid&#39;s land for just the kids they have a water park for the kids the animals that you see are mainly ones that you would see in a safari because it is a desert. Arizona You Don&#39;t See Much of like polar bears. it&#39;s a great little Zoo it&#39;s not too big not too little and I highly suggest if you&#39;re going to go to the Phoenix Zoo do not go in the summer I would plan to come in the winter where is more nice not so hot and you&#39;ll see a lot more animals than if you were to come in the summer it is 120&deg; here in Arizona during the summer and in the winter it gets up to about 70&deg; during the day so be a perfect time to come in the Winter.

It was a really big park. I went from the southern end along the canal trail to the north end and stopped at the rocky cave, which took about an hour. It was a great place to relax, exercise and picnic. I loved the change between the green spaces around the lake and the arid areas filled with cactus. And was stunned by the bird life around. It is really hot so apply sunscreen and bring enough water.

You can see the sunrise and sunset of Phoenix here
I went there twice this year
I arrived at around 8am in March to see the blue sky and wild flowers
I arrived at around 5am in June to see many tourists waiting for the sunrise
This place is right next to the zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden
Free attractions
Travel route
Bring breakfast and watch the sunrise and have breakfast at the Cave in the Stone
Then go to the Desert Botanical Garden at around 8am to see all kinds of desert plants and animals
At noon, have a good meal at the restaurant in the botanical garden
If you like, go to the zoo in the afternoon (but I don&#39;t like it)
