Come and join us in monthly Perimenopause Circles at the Salisbury Centre
This space is for any women that is at the journey of the Perimenopause / Menopause
Whether you're just starting to notice symptoms or are deep in the midst of it, this circle is a safe space for you to connect and share
Together we will created a space where we can laugh, cry, and share our experiences of the journey so far in a safe and supportive environment.
As well as sharing, we will explore the embodiment practices to nourish and self-regulate 
We will start the circle with grounding ourself and to land into the body
Short introduction of the day which will follow with the sharing ~ every women would be heard and or seen and honoured as where she is on her journey without any judgement No advice would be offered To be witnessed and able to share is very powerful experience
After the share we will move into the embodied practices to let go of anything from the body whenever that is emotions or physical symptoms We will also nourish and restore the bodies energy ( I will mainly draw from the Oriental medicine/Shiatsu (Meridians and Points)/ Taoist Practices for Women to support our body Energy Systems & Organs )
We will use movement, breath, sound or visualization All very simple hoping that some of the practices can become useful tools to have as a self care practice at home
We will finish with the integration practice or meditation to closing the space
Aim of the circle is 
NOT
 to educate or offer advice, but place to develop habit of self-care and create community of women who share the same journey
This is a community-led event at the Salisbury Centre, offered on a voluntary ‘by donation’ basis. No payment is expected if you are unable to contribute, but donations are appreciated to help sustain this initiative. You can donate by booking your ticket on Eventbrite, or explore other donation options

I loved the Edinburgh castle and the city view that you see from top of the castle. It was a nice sunny day and the history has been preserved nicely. Would recommend booking early in the morning to avoid crowded experience as the castle gets busy later in the afternoon. Can be kept as a first spot for the day on your iteanrry as it gives amole amount of time to see the entire place calmly and without any rush.

Edinburgh Old City, England, is surrounded by medieval stone buildings and beautiful scenery. Edinburgh is not only a financial town, but also a palace of art. Walking on the street, you can see entertainers&#39; happy performances everywhere. This is the origin of traditional Scottish dress skirts, the blend of art and life makes people linger, it is worth a visit.

Located precisely at the end of the Royal Mile the Holyrood Place has beeb a Royal residence since the 16th century, and the original Abbey was founded in 1128 (which is still on site). It is absolutely a must-see during your time in Edinburgh, being a perfect example of a working palace. But do not compare it to the Buckingham Palace in London, since those two are completely different in all aspects but one, which is it being a monarch residence. Some rooms are filled up to the brim with historic events, and are featured in the famous paintings. One of which is the bedchambers of Mary Queen of Scots where her dear friend was killed right in front of her (there is also a spot which is claimed to be bloodstained with his blood where his body was left). Overall immersive experience guaranteed and I highly recommend visiting this palace. Don&#39;t forget to visit the Holyrood Abbey as well, as it is one of the oldest places in all Edinburgh and is very authentic in its ruins.

Very nice experience. You will get a free whisky glass after the wine tasting session. We acquired a lot of whisky knowledge and overall it is very interesting.

The Royal Mile is not only the geographical skeleton of Edinburgh, but also the epitome of Scottish history and culture. The avenue stands a number of statues of historical giants, including David Hume, a philosopher, economist and historian of the Scottish Enlightenment; 18th century English philosopher, economist and historian Adam Smith.
