Hope Academy is pleased to announce the return of our highly anticipated Skill Sessions at Ae Forest. These sessions are designed to cater to individuals of all skill levels, ensuring that everyone can participate and benefit from our expert coaching. Taking place on Saturday, the sessions will cover a range of essential mountain biking skills. Starting at 10.00, the Basics session is perfect for new riders who are just beginning to explore the world of mountain biking. Following this, we have sessions on Body Position, Cornering, Braking, Pumping, Jumping, and a Test Track session from 16.00 to 17.00. On Sunday, we are offering a 2.5-hour Trail Session, specifically aimed at 6-12 year olds. This exciting session will take place on one of the three stages from Saturday's racing. Parents, please note that each child must be accompanied by an adult, and we will meet at 9.45 at the Academy Stand. PMBA Ae Forest x Hope Academy Skill Sessions will be held at Kirroughtree Forest in Newton Stewart. This picturesque venue provides the perfect setting for our skill-building sessions.
