Children in the P4-P7 age group in Aberdeen can participate in a variety of sports activities organized by the Active Schools team and young leaders at Hazlehead Primary School. These engaging sessions offer a range of enjoyable activities where children can learn new skills with the support of trained staff. Parents are reminded to pack a drinks bottle for their child, as water refills are available on-site. It is important to dress your child in appropriate sportswear and footwear, and bringing spare clothing and footwear is advisable. Please notify the organizers of any allergies or medical requirements, such as an inhaler. If your child needs sports kit for the session, contact the team at kitforall@sportaberdeen.co.uk. The event is free, but registration is required, and a waiting list will be activated once the event reaches full capacity. Up to 5 names will be added to the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis, and those selected will be contacted directly. If you need to cancel your child's place, please inform the organizers promptly so that it can be reallocated from the waiting list.
