Here are the event details you need to know: The event will commence at 6:00 PM, with doors opening at 5:00 PM. To accommodate as many guests as possible, we kindly ask all ticketed attendees to arrive early. Any unfilled seats at 6:00 PM will be released to the stand-by line on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that except for official use, seats in the Cooper Auditorium are not reserved. After the talk, there will be a book signing in the Special Programs Room, providing an opportunity to meet Rick Bragg and have your books signed. For your convenience, additional parking can be found behind the Southside Center for the Arts near O Grows Garden and at the Opelika Municipal Court on 300 Martin Luther King Boulevard. Limited handicap spaces are also available near the Pavilion, located on the side of the library. Kindly access the library parking lot via Glenn Street, as the Columbus Parkway entrance is for exit only. Furthermore, limited standby options will be available on the event night. While we have a standby line, please note that seats are not guaranteed.
