South West Dance Hub offers an exceptional space where dance artists and choreographers can come together to share, learn, grow, and receive support. The sessions are co-facilitated and are specifically designed to focus on contemporary dance techniques, improvisation, and choreographic exercises. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to showcase their projects and explore collaborations in a nurturing environment, allowing for the development of artistic dance practice and choreography. This Winter term, South West Dance Hub will be emphasizing site-specific work, taking advantage of the great outdoors whenever the weather permits. Led by The Hub Company members, these sessions provide an enriching experience for all involved. Regular social events are also organized, creating a space for discussion and connection. Each term, there will be a different emphasis on various disciplines such as film, visual arts, music, spoken word, and special guest hosts. The classes will take place in Studio 2, which can be found by turning left at the top of the stairs. The pricing structure for the classes operates on a "pay what you can" basis, with a suggested donation of £5 - £10 per class.
