Join the St. Paddy's Partner WOD n' Pub Crawl 2024 for a fun-filled day of fitness and celebration! This exciting event will take place on Saturday, March 16 at Crossfit Mecklenburg in Charlotte, NC. The Partner WOD will consist of three 12-minute mini AMRAP workouts, including activities such as biking, burpees, kettlebell swings, push-ups, sit-ups, toes to bar, and air squats. The event is open to teams of two, and there is a limit of 30 teams per heat, so be sure to sign up quickly to secure your preferred time slot. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to win some amazing raffle items after the second heat. The $27 - $40 ticket fee includes a St. Paddy's themed shirt in unisex sizes and a raffle entry. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to Good Soles, a charity that provides steel-toed boots and non-slip shoes to men and women transitioning out of homelessness. After the Partner WOD, be sure to check out the LoSo Pub Crawl, where you can enjoy food and drinks at neighborhood bars including Sugar Creek, OMB, 4001 Yancey, and Queen Park Social. It's a great way to continue the St. Patrick's Day celebrations and support a good cause. Remember to select your shirt size when signing up, as sizes are not guaranteed after March 1.
