The StrongFirst Bodyweight Strength Instructor Certification—Atlanta, GA is a highly organized and regulated event aimed at enhancing participants' strength and knowledge. Led by INSTRUCTOR Jon Engum, a StrongFirst Certified Master Instructor, and coordinated by Yoana Teran, a StrongFirst Certified Senior Instructor, the certification is designed to make attendees stronger and wiser. The event will take place at the Milton Athletic Club in Milton, GA, from February 17th to February 18th, 2024. The schedule includes sessions from 8 am to 6 pm on Saturday and from 8 am to 4 pm on Sunday. Participants are required to check-in by 7:30 am on Saturday. Participants will learn beginner to advanced progressions in exercises such as the one-arm pushup, the tactical pullup, and the pistol, as well as other key exercises. The goal is to equip participants with the ability to reverse-engineer strength feats and exercises, providing them with the knowledge and skills to train effectively. The StrongFirst Bodyweight Strength Instructor Certification emphasizes universal principles of strength, enabling participants to apply them to various strength and gymnastic skills. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to attempt the Beast Tamer/Iron Maiden Challenge.
