You'll also have the chance to meet like-minded individuals, share knowledge, and exchange tips on paddling. No previous self-rescue experience is required for these sessions; however, the ability to swim is essential. Don't worry if you don't own your own equipment, as SUP Club provides access to boards, wetsuits, buoyancy aids, and dry bags. The only things you need to know beforehand are how to kneel on the board, how to stand up, and how to steer using forward and backstroke techniques.
