The Triathlon Ireland Social Hub in Belfast at the Whiterock Leisure Centre is the perfect opportunity for Triathlon Ireland members aged 18 and above to improve their skills and connect with fellow triathletes. Led by coach Diane Cordner, these monthly sessions on the last Tuesday of each month offer spin bike and pool training from 7pm to 9pm. Participants can engage in either or both activities, depending on their preference. Whether you are new to triathlons or looking to enhance your abilities, all skill levels are welcome to join. It is essential to hold a Triathlon Ireland Club Training Membership or Full Membership to participate. Make sure to come prepared with appropriate gear like a swimsuit, swim hat, goggles, and gym attire.
