Experience the Olympic sport of curling at the Ardsley Curling Club Open House in Dobbs Ferry. Attendees will have the opportunity to try curling for themselves, just like they have seen on TV. The Open House offers a 60-minute session on the ice with experienced instructors, where participants will learn the fundamentals of the game, including rock delivery, sweeping, strategy, and more. The event is open to anyone aged 10 and above, with no prior experience necessary. Minors must be accompanied by an adult on the ice. Tickets for the Open House are priced at $40 per person. To reach the Ardsley Curling Club, visitors can use GPS devices to locate it on the grounds of the Ardsley Country Club. Driving directions can also be found on the club's website. Alternatively, Metro-North trains to Ardsley-on-Hudson or Dobbs Ferry, followed by a short cab ride, provide convenient transportation options.
