Winter is Coming: 3rd Annual Skate with Switzerland! Join the Embassy as they spread some Swiss holiday cheer at Washington Harbour! On Thursday, December 7, the Embassy of Switzerland will be hosting their third annual pop-up stand at the Washington Harbour Ice Rink in Washington, DC. This event promises to be a delightful experience for visitors of all ages. The picturesque Georgetown Waterfront serves as the perfect backdrop for this festive occasion. Take a spin on the ice during one of the skate periods, which will be held from 5:00-6:30pm and 7:00-8:30pm. Please note that guests will need to purchase their own skating tickets. Enhance your skating skills with a free lesson right on the ice or admire a brief skating performance at 7:00pm. Warm up with a complimentary cup of Swiss hot chocolate or cider and indulge in some delicious Swiss holiday cookies. Don't forget to capture memories at the photo booth and put your knowledge to the test with Swiss winter trivia for a chance to win Swiss chocolates.
