Location : Excellent, walkable distance to all shopping
Hotel Room : Excellent, with all facilities like a five star hotel, provided complimentary fruit basket
Staff : well trained , very good behaviour, never experienced in any star hotel across the world . Also very polite and helpful.
Excellent ambiance.
Provided complimentary Foot massage for both
Very low priced and value more than what we paid.

Ssundeep anneThis hotel boasts a truly excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The service provided by the staff was consistently good and very helpful throughout our stay. We found the general ambiance to be quite pleasant and welcoming. However, it is worth noting that an update to the air-conditioning systems in the rooms would greatly enhance future guest comfort. Overall, we had a positive experience and would consider returning.

GGuest UserCovered parking needs to improve. Can't have bird droppings over my car due to open air parking. The hand soap, shampoo dispensing system needs to change from the” squeeze” to something better. I'm Not satisfied with the towels (clean but probably are not being replaced with brand new towels for quite a long while).
Expected the experience to be much better from a Marriott bonvoy group hotel. The reception , cleaning staff were attentive and responsive.

GGuest UserThe amenities of the property are good, staff is friendly and courteous and well trained. However, swimming pool is still under construction so on the facilities front, it's desirable. The gym is average and need to be made lively by adding some music, tv for a good vibe.

stay: the rooms ac didn't work. We had to persuade them to change the room. The beadsheat has holes in them and torn at the seam. Bathroom drains are cleaned only after complaining of water logging in the shower areas. Service: poor at best. Morning breakfast: fly's rampant and everywhere. Overall: the other non branded hotel is about the same price but offers better service and rooms are better (we stayed there last time and will do the next time)

GGuest UserGot a good deal in online .. really we didn't expected . Very good hotel and fare was good. The staff were very polite and the breakfast was grand. The rooms were really comfortabe and good. The property was clean and hygienic. Special thanks mentioned to Mr. Dhanunjay for early check-in. Definetly we ll visit again. Kudos to al staff.
