Me and my partner stayed at the Eastliegh. for 3 nights from 15/8 to the 18/8. When we got there the landlady greeted us and we paid and checked in. £230 Apart from that we didn't really see her,she said when you go put the keys in a box in the hallway. The room was fairly small, also a very small bathroom, but it was ok and was clean. The toilet was really close to the shower. I'm 6 foot tall and there was just enough room. Anyone over 6 feet might struggle. There were a couple of issues with the room. When I put a jacket on the hooks on the wall the whole thing came off the wall. The t.v on the wall had wires hanging down and the ariel had fell off the ledge above the t.v so I had to replace it to get a picture on the t.v,it could do with being fixed. We had some complementary biscuits and water which were not replaced for the whole 3 days, in fact no one came into the room at all to tidy up the room and empty the bin. In other b&b's ive stayed in this usually is done. There was a kettle in the room but the tea and coffee was just a tub tea bags and instant coffee and a tub of sugar with no selections. There was also no breakfast. We didn't realise. Its was my fault though. When I booked I should of double checked, I just assumed they done breakfast. All in all it was an ok stay and clean and location really good a couple of minutes walk to town, arcades etc...

Fabulous hotel, excellent breakfasts, food plentiful. We stayed in room 10 ground floor as my husband is an invalid. Nothing too much trouble for Josie and Paul. They provided my husband with shower chair, raised seat toilet chair and extra pillows to support him in bed.Josie always made sure a mobility scooter was available for Alan’s use if needed. They went more than the “extra mile” to ensure our stay was more than comfortable. We will definitely be returning in December. Both Josie and Paul are friendly, hospitable and excellent hosts. 11/10

Love Blackwells Caravan Park. Barry and Lynda are so friendly and welcoming. We have been several times and won't use anyone else. The caravan is in a perfect place, in walking distance from attractions and the beach. The caravan is always clean and fresh and very cosy. We can't wait to go back again, would recommend to friends and family.

Free upgrade from a double room to a family room (consists of a separate double room, a single room and one toilet / shower) in a big room. Free onsite parking. Dinner deal was very great, 2 mains for £15, and big portions! Free welcoming hot drink was available too. The shower water is hot, yet the water pressure is weak (perhaps it is a ”water-saving” style?) Hot items of breakfast buffet was great, esp. the mushrooms were very big, with free refill filter coffee and tea. It'd be good if there are yogurt and more varieties of bread. Just 5 minutes drive to town centre / train station.

Only stayed the one night as I was passing through Skegness cycle touring. Friendly guy checked me in promptly, even offered to store my bike behind their bar, appreciated. Cycle touring is expensive when you staying in a hotel every night, I try to stay in the £50-60 mark, all I want is a clean room to wash and sleep in but at that price point sometimes I am very disappointed. Not here, I expected a single room but it was a double, very clean, with everything I wanted or needed and along with the usual tea & coffee offerings were bottles of spring water, a nice touch. I thought it was great value considering the location, staff and price and can recommend it.
