The price and location were good. Also, the whole room was new and clean, and the noise between the rooms was not a problem (if someone was talking in the hallway, it was very loud, so there was a big difference in the thickness of the walls between the hallway and the rooms). So overall, I think I would stay here again if I come to São Paulo, but here are some disappointing points and things to be aware of. - Check-in is a hassle. You have to fill out a lot of forms, which takes time. There is a high chance that the reception will be crowded and you will have to wait a long time (I witnessed such a scene). Since I was already in São Paulo, I arrived at 11 and checked in, so it was smooth. - Some people wrote that the internet was not available, but it is available. However, it may not be stable (it may cut out intermittently). I was able to watch Amazon Prime. Although it sometimes stopped. - Cleaning costs 50 reais, and towel replacement etc. are free. However, they will not tell you unless you ask them on What’sApp. I did not do it because I was staying for 2 days. - If you leave the shower running for more than 10 minutes, hot water will come out. Wait until it is hot. ・I was given a pot for kitchen utensils. I didn't have anything else. I was also able to borrow a hair dryer. ・It is expected that there will be many problems. Shower, kitchen, etc. By the way, even though I was given the key (the number), the door never opened... (´∀｀) When I wanted the door to my room to be opened, I had to message them on WhatsApp from in front of the room, which was a hassle. Still, the room was perfect, and I would recommend it for the price and location (convenient and seems safe). As for the problems, I thought so...! Don't think of it as bad luck (because everyone seems to think the same when they review it), but just accept that the price includes that.

Before check-in, the hotel sent a self-registration form for each guest. They don't ask for so much personal data even when getting a visa, so we refused. At the hotel, check-in takes about 2 minutes, after which you receive check-in instructions on WhatsApp. Entering the room using a password on the door is not the most convenient solution. Looking ahead, I will say that on the second day the lock broke down and we could not get into the room for half an hour - the hotel employees were not very interested in helping, but after half an hour they finally helped us (there are always long queues at the reception; apparently everyone has problems) Now about the room - the room is quite clean, but everything is done very cheaply. The sink is in the room, not in the toilet. All the plumbing is very flimsy. While we were walking to the room - one of the taps in the neighboring room burst and flooded the room. The same thing in the shower. One hook. There is no kettle, no hair dryer either (you can rent one in the lobby). For 2 nights, no one cleaned our place or replaced the shampoo and soap. Now about the audibility - it's terrible. You can hear everything - especially from the neighboring rooms with a common wall. Until 1 am, a group of more than 5 people (how is that possible in a small room) were yelling and celebrating something... There is a microwave and a stove, no complaints there. The bed is also quite soft and comfortable. There is a mini market downstairs where you can buy snacks, drinks and other necessary products. It is useful.

Wonderful stay, rooms are modernized and up to date. Plenty of vibrant, exciting nightlife nearby for those who are into socializing and drinking. Those who like peace and quiet, this is not the location for you-as it is within steps of the party 🎉🎉🎉. Obrigado por todo!

It's a super secure building with a facial recognition system at the entrance, meaning only those who have rented an apartment can enter. The apartment itself is quite new, with new and functional furniture! Depending on the apartment you choose, it may have a smaller or larger bed, but nothing that would be a problem. The only thing that could be different would be the television in the bedroom and not in the living room. We usually think the television should be in the living room, but as times have changed, people usually like to watch something while lying in bed, which ends up being much more comfortable, and also the fact that the air conditioning is in the bedroom would make the experience much better!

The house was nice, but check-in was a hassle for people who don't speak Portuguese. The order number and check-in number provided by Ctrip were useless; I finally got a booking number from Ctrip customer service before I could check in successfully.

Very clean, right next to the subway station, a good choice when visiting Sao Paulo. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient.
