This was one of the best hotel I have stayed in Switzerland. The location was perfect as it was near the airport. The staff was friendly especially Miss Noel who had sped up the check-in process. My room was very spacious which can hold 5 persons. The room was very clean and the amenities was excellent. Overall I loved the hotel very much and would recommend anyone who has big family and want the space for their comfort. The price was reasonable and affordable. Thank you Hotel Allegra Lodge for having us. I am sure that I will come back again to stay at your hotel in the coming future. From a very satisfied customer. Regards!
Later, the key has been reserved in the front hall. The two single beds in the outside are combined into a double bed, and there is a bunk bed in the room. Others are fine. The bedside lamp is too glaring, and the photo is taken. Things are green for a long time.
Easyly accessible in the middle of Lenk, near the station that makes you easy to arrive or leave. Furthermore, everything we needed was present: kitchen, refrigerator, shower and a great basic room. Thanks for the hospitality!
This is an accommodation that made me cry and laugh during my trip to Switzerland :) First of all, if you look at the facilities, it is clean and nice since it was recently opened. There was an elevator and a kitchen available, but there were almost no dishes or appliances. There was no problem with cooking at all.
The location is a very far walk from Grindelwald Station, or a short bus ride away. ๐Throw away the idea of โโwalking with your luggage on the first day.๐ This is a vertical hike that you can never climb without carrying your luggage. Be sure to check the bus schedule before taking the bus (it's convenient to use the SBB app). Your accommodation will give you a Grindelwald guest card, so you can ride the bus for free. (I had a Jungfrau VIP coupon, so I didnโt use it.)
The reasons I cried were:
1) As soon as I arrived, there was no one, so I called and waited for about an hour, but no one answered and didn't come. There were people staying, so I had to wait in the lobby. I had another number on my laptop, so I called, but no one answered.
2) While I was waiting, a man called and asked why I was calling. When I told him I wanted to check in, he said I was fully booked for today, so what did I mean? I told him my reservation number and he said he would understand. Later, he came running in from outside and asked for my passport. Didn't say a single word of apology. (I was very angry here.) Anyway, in conclusion, he said that there was a reservation history on Trip.com but not in his system, so he had me check it and said he would do something about it since there were no rooms available. However, his attitude was not that he was sorry and was trying to do something, but rather that he was annoyed with me.
3) In the end, they gave us our room keys condescendingly, as if they had made it very difficult for us to get a room, and we were very upset that they were sorry for waiting for an hour and that there was no compensation, but we wanted to rest in the room quickly, so we brought the keys up. However, as shown in the picture, they gave me a room without a terrace... Obviously, the room I paid for had a terrace on the reservation screen, and I made the reservation with that in mind, so when I went to argue with them, they said that the room I had reserved was that room.
(I was told that it was given to me because I had created a room, but when I went down and inquired, I found out that the room was originally assigned...)
4) Then, while showing a picture of the reservation screen on 'Booking.com', he enthusiastically emphasizes that the room may or may not have a terrace. The problem is that I paid through 'Trip.com' and the room type I booked on Trip.com is not available. All photos showed a terrace. When I said that, he got very angry and told me to cancel it for free and to leave if I didn't like it.
To be honest, these words sounded very threatening to me, and I was so intimidated by the man's attitude that I was afraid that he might do something to me. I sometimes wonder if they are speaking in such a threatening manner because I am a woman and Asian.
[I notified Booking.com's customer service center of my move, and now the reservation screen for the room I selected also includes a photo of a room without a terrace.]
Anyway, for this reason, I started my trip to Switzerland very angry and depressed. ใ ใ
This room does not have a terrace and has a tree view, as someone left in a Google review... lol Next time I go again, I think I'll just choose the room one level up because I'm worried about getting this room.
Also, the toilet and bathroom were attached together, so it was shared by 3 rooms. Please note.

Close to the station and very convenient location.
Your husband is very kind and kind. The Eiger from the room is very powerful and you will never get tired of seeing it.
The bread for breakfast is very delicious.
The check-in process was very simple, and the host sent all the details through Trip.com. The host replied promptly and provided free laundry facilities for guests. They also offered travel passes and gave great recommendations for local attractions and food. The view from the hotel was beautiful, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
The terrace view of the lake view room is great! You can directly see Spitz Castle and Lake Tuen. It is a pleasure to sit on the road and watch the scenery. There is also a group of black sheep downstairs that is very cute.
Check-in needs to be confirmed in the email, you can directly unlock the mobile phone, this is very convenient, the health is very good, the whole house is very clean, two people live very generous, and the dishwasher is great
Very close to Spitz Railway Station, there is a ramp to push the box directly, there is a coop and a pharmacy drugstore in a few minutes walk nearby, the overall is very convenient ๏ฝ

HHei_hoThe location was good and the room was very clean.
The toilet, bathroom, and kitchen including the refrigerator are shared, but there were no particular issues.
