It was very nice and clean Room and the service was top notch with this budget. Also the location is very very safe and the infrastructure there so beautiful. Next time if I visit in Egypt definitely I'll choose Lemon Tree & Homes
It’s a small boutique hotel, right on the square in downtown Cairo. At night the traffic can get pretty loud if you get a balcony room (right above the roundabout), but the balcony door is double layered so it provides pretty good noise coverage. It is on the 4th floor of the building that’s labeled “Tulip Hotel”. Convenient place. Very nice receptionist and people. Complimentary breakfast from 8am-12. It is made for you when you’re ready. Old but very big rooms. 24hour service.
Saed, the manager of the hotel is very nice. Eman, the other receptionist always has the brightest smile in the morning when she takes my breakfast order.
Will 10/10 stay again
This is the first time I write a good review. The room is very, very big. They helped me upgrade the room type. The hygiene is very good. The room includes a washing machine, living room, cloakroom, etc. It is very good. The manager is very good and very caring throughout the whole process. I arrived at the airport at 1:30 pm during my transit in Cairo. They also provided free airport pick-up service and paid for my Uber to the airport the next day. It is really good. Compared with the old Cairo, the new Cairo is very safe, with fewer people and more rich people. It is also more friendly to Chinese people. I highly recommend it.
The place is very good, the facilities and strategic location, the service from Abderrahman is very polite, this is the best apartment in Cairo with the Nile River and the city center, is so amazing
The receptionist was incredibly kind. We arrived at 9 AM on our first day, before check-in time, but she gave us free breakfast and even let us shower in another room first. The hotel is on the eighth floor and was very clean. When we left, we forgot something, and she came down to bring it to us. Overall, the hotel is inexpensive, has excellent service, and a great location—just a ten-minute walk from where we got off the Go bus.
People were on a business trip in Cairo and chose this hotel that specializes in serving Chinese people. I really chose the right one!
The most surprising thing is breakfast, which is completely the gospel of our Chinese stomach. Hot and sour potato shreds, cold cucumbers, cabbage, these home-cooked dishes are very authentic. The egg fried rice is clearly grained, salty and delicious, as well as sweet potatoes, boiled eggs, fresh toast, French fries and fruits, the category is particularly rich. I didn't expect to eat such an appetizing Chinese buffet abroad. The taste is not bad with the food at home. Every day, I have a full breakfast and I am full of vitality.
The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the dining area is very refreshing and the ingredients are fresh. As a middle-aged person who runs business all year round, the most important thing is to eat smoothly and live well. This store fully meets the needs. It is recommended that compatriots who come to Cairo stay at ease!
My flight was suddenly canceled, so I looked into it in a hurry. It's near the airport, so I'll be able to rest comfortably. There's a convenience store and McDonald's nearby, which makes it even better.
The staff were friendly and the room was very spacious and clean. However, the next day, the cleaning staff tried to open the door even though I hadn't checked out yet. I wish they would check if I had checked out before coming. The elevators, corridors, and doors to the room were a maze.
This guesthouse is really great. The owners, a family from Ningxia, are very kind and make staying here super convenient – it feels just like home, very welcoming. They have everything Chinese tourists might need. The breakfast is distinctive, and they can even cook Chinese dishes for you on the spot if you'd like. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Egypt.
I stayed in Egypt for a week by myself, so I didn't book a five-star hotel. From a 100-pound Airbnb to a 700-pound hotel, only this one and the 700-pound hotel had working air conditioning/heating, and the room cleanliness was among the top two 😥.
The downside is that this is more like renting out a private residence (the owner lives there too), and the apartment building and surrounding environment are quite poor, so you'll have to weigh the value for money yourself. For solo female travelers, I'd definitely recommend a hotel instead.
Also, I have to complain about the menu pricing. The same bottle of water costs 6 EGP (less than 1 RMB) at the downstairs supermarket. It's typical of places that charge domestic hotel prices without providing domestic hotel service quality.

Very Good
We would definitely come back again! We have enjoyed staying at Salam 275 hotel during our visit to Cairo. The room we booked was exactly as it’s described online, the stuff are very nice and respectful and they go above and beyond to help their gusts with everything they need And specially MOHEMADE RIFAD who work at the front desk is a supper genuine, very special nice man! The first night we checked in at their hotel, we did not have any Egyptian currency yet to purchase anything, and thus, he went ahead and paid for all of our meal from his own money… (and offer to help if theirs anything else that we need) and we returned his money to him the next day. They assisted us with everything we need at the hotel and or outside, directing us touring the city, places to go and even find us the honest taxi drivers that we can use. We appreciate their hospitality

The staff there are all incredibly kind and always ready to help. You'll be delighted to find that the hotel offers a wonderful variety of delicious meals, thoughtfully prepared to meet nutritional needs. Also, they can provide luggage storage service for your convenience if there is vacancy. Good stay😀
The room is clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is nice, and the large lawn at the door is great! It's very quiet at night, and transportation is very convenient. The boss is very nice, and I will come again next time~~~🫶🫶🫶
Highly recommend this place! The service is excellent! The room is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is a buffet, with a great variety including stir-fried dishes, which is perfect for Chinese palates. You can also order Chinese food for lunch and dinner, the taste is top-notch, and the portions are generous. It's also very close to the exhibition center, making it easy to get a taxi. A super pleasant and comfortable experience!
Great! The boss is really nice, 24-hour hot water, free wireless internet, free breakfast. Tell your friends that you must eat between 8:30-9:30 in the morning. It's really cost-effective. There are free billiards and table tennis on the second floor. It's a very cost-effective Chinese homestay
The room was very clean and had all the toiletries. The boss was very nice and helpful. He even came to pick us up when our cell phone had no network. He really saved our lives in a foreign country! The cooking is very good and it satisfies our Chinese stomachs! If there is a chance, I will come again next time!
