Very good location and good amenities in room with fridge, microwave and crockery. Staff were friendly and check in and out were straightforward.
Only downside no parking and there was quite a lot of noise as Window backed onto main street. Regardless would stay again very convenient if in staying in central Gloucester.
The house of this homestay is very distinctive, the town is also very quiet, the night is not very noisy, their breakfast is very delicious, and the service is very good, I like this homestay very much, very British country style
I only needed the room for 1 night, so I wasn't too fussed about the 'Lovely' view out of the window. The room was a bit dated, but quirky, with out of shape walls.
The restaurant looked nice, but I didn't stay to eat.
Our stay was amazing! We loved everything from the decor and cozy feel to the luxury of the modern stylish bathroom. Breakfast cooked by Mark was delicious. The bed was super comfortable and the whole compound was pretty like a picture. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

The bed is very comfortable, and if you need it, you can change the sheets in three days. Someone cleans it every day, which is great. On the day of check-in, we will prepare milk bread and some fruits for you. Check in is the main room of the hotel. Personally feel that the facilities are a bit old, not as fresh as the picture. The kitchen supplies prepared can only be used for simple European-style meals, and Chinese-style dishes are reluctant. The washing machine had to complain about it, it was very dirty, there was hair and dirt, but it was useless.
The Brewhouse is a quaint cottage with nice facilities and a homely atmosphere, perfect for a small getaway! It is located 5-10 minutes away from many shops and the square, and is in a very convenient location. Totally recommend!
There was no staff present, only intercom and mobile phone, but was alright. The room and environment was alright for basic needs and one night stay. It'd be better if the heater could be stronger. The toilet of the original room leaked, but the staff acted quickly upon we called, and immediately swapped our room and transferred the refund to me!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Bibury. The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. The breakfast was also very nice, simple but quality food. The beautiful surroundings and tranquil setting made the experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.
VVyshnavi AkshathaThe location was excellent & has parking at the facility which I'm pleased about.
It is a self check-in so some guidance in terms of do's & dont's, along with what amenities/facilities are available or something to explain the check-out times & some sort of contact in terms of queries could help.
My room was in basement (was not given any option nor knew it before I turned up at the hotel) & it was a bit smelly despite a good clean. Again, since I didn't know who/how I could reach out to about it, wouldn't say that was the best of the experiences.

MMarie Francois LouisMy wife and I stayed overnight at Lucy’s Tearoom on 27th June. The welcome was excellent and the room and ensuite were immaculately clean. We had a comfortable sleep with a copious breakfast in the morning. The B&B has no parking facilities but our arrival and departure times suited the parking allowance in the Square/ 2 hrs free parking between 0900-1800h. Had we spent longer we would have had to find other parking facilities.
GGuest UserWi-fi provided , however it was not able to get connected , not sure user is is wrong or password is wrong .
Went there by GPS following the address provided , but GPS guided us to another place .
No hair dryer provided .
House is clean and cozy , utensils and linens and towels are very clean as well , location is convenient .

ZZixinshuThe experience exceeded expectations. The hotel was easy to check in and felt like home.
It was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The location is convenient, right in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water, perfect for morning and evening strolls. The whole environment is quiet and elegant.
