Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. Ali was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Great location too — close to restaurants and public transport. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location, close to Paddington and Hyde park/Kensington gardens. In a lovely quiet neighborhood, building itself was beautifully presented and well maintained.

Slept in stained/dirtied sheets for 3 days (dirty before we arrived) straight even though they made the bed, we even made it clear by showing it on the bed the stain, they didn’t change it at all.

Location is near walking distance to Hounslow Central tube station. Many outlets for eating and groceries shop , close to Hounslow high street. The whole guest house is quite clean , spacious ,  modernised and eye catching decorations. I booked for the cheapest a small  single room with shared bathroom, even that the room has many things to offer - a small fridge with a free water bottle, a kettle with tea/ coffee and a biscuit warmly welcome showing hospitality, a safe , a hairdryer , hangers and wardrobe, a double fan ! Bedside switch and both usb and sockets close to bed . Bed is comfy and nice pillows .A flat TV ( sometimes signals are not very good but at least easy  to browse and watch )and free WiFi . There is a bigger fridge and a microwave and sitting area downstairs . There is a free car parking which is really a bonus for us and also quite spacious and for at least 12-14 cars and has some shades from trees. The reception and staff are very helpful and kind .I have appointment at 10 in the downtown travel with underground over 1 hr + walking time 15-20 mins and unfortunately there were triple booked at 10 am and a long wait made me come back late by 12:25 but kindly allow to keep my car till I come. All in all, I booked another date in November to come back .

The apartment is excellent! Adequate facilities and nearby underground station make this apartment well! But the cleansing service only be provided once per 7 nights booking. It can be more considerate.

There is an elevator in the apartment, but there is a small step at the door. If you bring more luggage, you still have a little difficulty. We arrived at the hotel at ten in the morning and were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage storage and put it directly in our room. There is a microwave refrigerator in the room and the function of cooking is very good, you can eat hot food anytime, anywhere. It is not far from the subway station, and there are M&S and various fast food restaurants nearby. This location is also very convenient to go anywhere. The underground signal is not very good, it is best to ask about wifi in advance, otherwise there may be no signal in the room. And the deposit cannot be paid in cash.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was provided and the place was very clean. There was also a laundry facility and air conditioning. The noise from the floor above was a bit noticeable, but at this price, it's more than acceptable.

It was easy to find the hotel and transportation links perfect. The size of the room is small but clean. Booked for a family room for 3 adults it came with one double bed and one single bed. We were on the second floor and no lifts so people who book the room have to request for a room in ground or first floor if you have big luggage . Receptionists were good and friendly people .
