Decent hotel for the price. Isn't the cleanest hotel but sort of acceptable. Would recommend to those looking for a cheap stay but if you have a little extra budget then better off spending the little extra for something better. Was allowed to check out later than usual which was very beneficial to get a little extra sleep in after enjoying the night out.

Pamela & Peter were great making sure I had everything I needed, including car parking availability. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was basic but hot. I didn’t use the tv & nearby chair but they were available. The breakfast was good & I had a very tasty home-made steak pie & veg one evening. Plenty of pubs and curry restaurants nearby.

Trip.com SGJPIt's a little far from Blackpool North Station, but the rooms are very spacious. It's not a super luxury hotel, but it's very clean and comfortable. There is also an elevator.
The Henson hotel is a little far from the station and downtown, so if you have a large suitcase, it's a good idea to take a taxi.
There are buses and trams running so it's fine even at night.

Beds were comfy, rooms were clean and provided towels, tea, coffee, sugar cups too
Great price for what was a nice quiet hotel situated in the south if you prefer quiet nights, we got the tram down to the north part which stopped right outside hotel,
Choice of breakfasts from full English to cereals, tea etc, only problem was we got asked what time we would like breakfast when we checked in fir our weekend stay but wasn't given a menu which we didn't know what was available in restaurant until we went down in morningwe did tell them we didn't want the full English the following morning just toast which wasn't mentioned to the chef, but lucky he hadn't started it wen we went down, maybe suggest they do a list on night where we can say what we would like in morning, but overall nice hotel for the price we paid

This was a very last minute booking as the original place we’d booked was horrific.
Given my experience I was reluctant about booking another place, but I need not have worried.
Obviously the decor won’t be to everyone’s taste and it was a little dated, but the place was very clean, the beds super comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
We didn’t have breakfast, as the bed was too comfortable I didn’t want to get up.
If I was to return to Blackpool I’d certainly think about staying here again as it was great value for money.

Natalie NatzBooked 2 rooms at the last minute and from start to checkout the level of hospitality we received was outstanding, our host moses was on hand for any questions we had, he was very polite, a gentleman carrying my 71yr old mother suitcase to her room, the hotel rooms were very clean, beautifully presented, smelt fresh and had everything we needed.
Moses was on hand when we needed more confectionery etc, i love the no alcohol policy as that puts your mind at great ease
Overall it was a great experience for our 3 nights, we couldn't fault the place

Guest UserMore a less completely clean, only nit pick could be towls, as are white need a bit of a better wash. Located right along from the station makes it very convenient, there are also some local shops nearby too. Lady who greeted me was freindly and prompt although we did not interact much after that. Not much in the rooms nothing in the ways of fans, hairdryers etc but you dont expect it for the price you are paying so not an issue. Overall, very good value for a decent nights sleep so no complaints would stay again.

We've stayed 3 times already. No breakfast facilities but never an issue as we prefer a long lie in. Really close to Blackpool North station. Short walk to all our favourite places - Abingdon Street Market, Funny Girls, Galleon, Soul Suite, Wintergardens, West Coast Rock, Cafe Continental (breakfast/ lunch venue) Little Black Pug and lots of other great shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs & charity shops. Easy access to trams & buses to various other areas & 10 min walk to North Pier/ prom.

The hotel is just 5 or less mins walk to the city Center where you have the Blackpool tower. The owner was really good and very handy for any help. there was absolutely no need for tram or bus. I only took bus when going to the zoo. It was a straight bus to the zoo, £6 all day ticket. McDonald is down the street same with pound land, winter Garden was just behind. Pleasure beach might be 10 but less than 15 mins away for a slow walker. I will defend recommend this hotel.
