It's a B&B-style hotel, but it's a bit far away. Other things are good. I asked them not to clean the room, but the staff still cleaned it actively. In addition, the sound insulation and light blocking effects of the room are not good.
The suite we stayed in was warm and comfortable, clean and the landlord was warm and thoughtful. There is a supermarket nearby, life is convenient, and it is also very close to the surrounding attractions. It is the best place to travel to Cotswold.
This store is relatively biased and it is not convenient to have no car. The landlord is Chinese. The room is a local characteristic thatched house 🛖, which is said to be protected by law and not allowed to be rebuilt. The service is very good, there is something to find the front desk to basically solve. Nice experience
The breakfast was very good, the hotel's homemade oat croissant soft aromatherapy, full of praise. The accommodation environment is very quiet, I like this one very much!
Newton's house.
It is a three-story family remodeled house, with small space, but very clean. It belongs to no one to check in. Before you come, you will send you an email telling you the electronic lock password and the key is placed at the door.
This location is excellent, walking to Oxford University Christian Church is very close, to the town center is also very close.
Oxford has no subway, the place is not big, the whole journey can be walked.
If you have more luggage, take a taxi from Oxford Railway Station to Newton House.
Very clean, very good for the price. A lot of amenities like a TV, hairdryer, kettle and coffee/tea. Bathroom was small but was very functional. Location is a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre as well as multiple buses if you're feeling tired from a long day out. Had decent parking as well

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in the center of Oxford, about 10 minutes' walk from the bus station. There are several chain supermarkets near the bus station, which is quite convenient. A refrigerator and a microwave are provided in the room, and the heating is sufficient. The toilet drains slowly, and the water will overflow if you are not careful when taking a shower.
GGuest UserI can't even imagine it. Attic, I, a big man of 158cm, bumped my head 6 times in one night. Who would dare to imagine? It was so violent that I almost broke my cervical vertebrae. According to our country, it must be a single bed, but it is a double bed. It is extremely hot. There is a small electric fan with a tilted head, which sounds like a tractor. It was a lively night. There is no independent bathroom and the two rooms are shared. One, it’s convenient to take a bath, but I don’t have enough experience. I’m sorry.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, close to the colleges, high streets, and main attractions, very convenient. The old house facilities of the school are average, there is no elevator, this room is in Basement, there is a patio, lighting and ventilation. Breakfast is in the student canteen, there are few types, you can experience the atmosphere of Dining hall. on campus, quiet in the noisy, and enjoy sitting on the lawn in the morning and evening for a while.
GGuest UserThe talkhouse was a really homely accommodation right outside of Oxford. The room was exactly like the pictures. The staff were incredibly helpful and I must say the showers is probably one of the best I’ve had in the uk. (Proper water pressure, temperature and drainage so I’m not swimming in my own filth). Also have a drink or dinner at the pub, it’s seems to be a popular favourite amongst the locals as well. One thing to note for light sleepers, the rooms are side by side so you might hear your neighbours & it is right by the road so you’ll be able to hear vehicles at busier times.

GGuest UserWe were disappointed, have stayed at the Crown before, but this time , it seems tired and uncared for. Once showed to our room , we then had to change as electricity wasn’t working, plus ashtray was very used and not emptied . The second room was ok but smelt musty. Patio slabs broken and dangerous in garden.
Ladies toilets had no hot water , a message was left above hand basins. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately booking direct was £30 cheaper than your price ( Trip.com), feel a bit let down by your site .
CCywRobIt is a very basic place to stay. Although there is space for restaurants, no meals are provided. When I checked in, I happened to meet a doorman and let me enter the room a few hours in advance, but after 10 o'clock in the morning, I urged me to clean the room for the guests at the back. I didn’t see any other guests or any other staff during my two nights or three days of my stay! There is a common area downstairs with sofas to sit on but no service either. There are two other very popular hotels tens of meters away from the south and west. I went to their restaurant to eat! Next stay must book them early.
CCharmaine LeungThe rooms are bright, clean and spacious. There is a small private parking area just outside the hotel. It's safe and located in a convenient location. Good choice!
