Great value stay, all self catered and rooms were provide with all the necessities, would only recommend for solo trips as quite small and noise levels while quiet from the outside were not 100% from the inside. Bathroom could have done with a bit better clean but for the great low price it's hard to argue with for just a night.

The sanitation is very good, the heating is also very powerful, the front desk always uses polite words and has a good attitude. The price-performance ratio is very high. I stayed for 3 days and there was cleaning every day, changing towels, etc. Only the sound insulation may be a problem, everything else is very good

DDONGSHENGLocation is in the center of the city, it is very convenient to walk to the Castle Church shopping street, and three cars can be parked in the main hall. Breakfast is very good, Ctrip orders are not early, but the owner said that it is wrong, there should be breakfast. The warm host is very good. The downside is that the room supplies are generally graded and the bathroom is too narrow.

AAlyseFirst let me say that the owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. It pains me that to even write this but I thought fellow travelers should hear my experience. First, there are two aye stays in Inverness. My gps took me to the wrong one first. That was awkward. After I finally figured it out, the place was very cutely decorated with Scottish and Loch Ness decor. Contactless check in was easy however a board with everyone’s name and room numbers does not feel super safe for me a solo female traveler. But over all easy enough. Next I stayed in room 7 which is up a flight of stairs so make sure you pack light! (Which you should do anyway in Scotland.) My room had just been renovated with new carpet but it smelled like off gassing and I had to open the window (which was broken) there was a radiator for heat which I had no idea how to use. So it got a little chilly. Now here comes the problems: the rooms are very close together and the walls are paper thin. I was kept up until 3 in the morning hearing conversations and snoring. We were only given the choice of receiving breakfast between 7:30-8:30 in the dining room. So I woke up earlier than I would have liked to eat breakfast. Which was just okay. Nothing too outstanding to write about but again the hostess was very sweet. Overall I could see that they’re trying their best. But I would recommend sound machines in each of the rooms or something so people can have a good nights sleep. The location was pretty good and just over the bridge from the high street.

RRaging_BerserkerThe location is good. It was a solo journey but the place is decent for emergency and quick letting. Although, I would say the service and cleanliness could be better. Only consider this if you're on a budget and you need a quick let in Inverness. However, I'm glad the availability is there.

GGuest UserSpent a night in a lovely comfortable bed with decent breakfast in morning. Main downside was a very poor electric shower with low water pressure and erratic temperature control. Some of the other fixtures and fittings need attention as well - TV sound distorted, bathroom extractor fan doesn't work properly, bathroom mirror appeared to have a built-in light but it didn't work or wasn't connected up. This was the ground floor room at the front. Was also surprised to see in the online listing that the place has a tennis court and a billiards room, perhaps it does but I didn't see info in the room about where they were.

KKelvin VongThe surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The lake is right outside the room, a great place to watch the sunrise and sunset. The scenery is breathtaking. There's a large supermarket just a 10-minute drive away, so you can buy groceries and cook them yourself. It's a great place to spend the holiday!

RRainbowheartCtrip's service is first-class. If there is a problem, it will be solved quickly for customers. This hotel is very suitable for staying with children. Our children had a lot of fun. There is no breakfast and no hotel staff. The whole process is contactless check-in and check-out.

GGuest UserWe booked 2 rooms which were both excellent, the service and the included breakfast (had veg option too) was great as well. The only thing they might need to consider would be having someone present at the reception after 8 pm, because we needed something after 8 but no one was there. I would still highly recommend it to friends and family and would definitely come back again!
