Homestays in Ionian Islands, Greece

Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way.

An absolutely fantastic stay at Nikos and Ana’s treehouse. They are both so lovely and welcoming and have thought of everything to truly make your stay very special. It is also possible to order breakfast and evening meal. Ana bought me some lovely fruit from the farm. Would love to come back and stay here. So clean, hot tub is fantastic and the views are stunning at any time of day. There is also an amazing private space in the garden with hammock, swing bench and bistro table and chairs. Stunning lit up at night too. Thank you so much Nikos and Ana
