Decent hospitality, but property needs improvement we stayed at this property for a pilgrimage trip. While the host and the daytime caretaker were exceptionally cordial and attentive, the property itself didn’t quite meet our expectations in terms of value for money. Though it’s centrally located, the accessibility to the lift was inconvenient. The property could benefit from significant maintenance improvements. Many of the electrical switches were malfunctioning, the fans weren’t working properly, and the rooms lacked sufficient lighting. Additionally, the bathroom doors had peeling paint, giving the space a worn-out appearance. Water pressure in the taps and the hygiene facilities were also inadequate, which impacted our comfort. Overall, while the hospitality from the owner and caretaker was wonderful, the property itself requires considerable upkeep to enhance the guest experience and justify a higher rating.

Clean.Comfortable. Cosy. The place was extremely beautiful and clean for the price we paid. The location makes it even more attractive. The staffs were very cordial and helped us alot. They cooperated with us for a late checkout as well as we had different timings for departure. The best thing about the place is the ambience, the cleanliness, the staff, convenient public transportation and the price you pay is worth every penny. Easily accessible to the railway station, Marina beach, Government Estate Metro Station , Chepauk stadium, etc. Has a nice market place around you can get anything you need. Perfect place if you have a half day or one to halt in the city, its the best for a comfortable stay and a quick chennai darshan. Loved the stay. We were three people with one comfortable twin bed room and the main attraction for us was the single room which was damn cute and cosy.
