The staff is very polite and helpful, the hot springs are very comfortable, there is a family hot spring room for 2 people to soak themselves, the neat environment seems to be very clean. The most problem is my room 1 into a very up smell, should be the room carpet, strong smell really, slept very bad all night, smelled 1 night, have not tried so want to leave the room, suggest fixing the carpet

I missed the 9:00 PM check-in time, but I called to let them know my expected arrival time, so my stay went smoothly. Parking is free and nearby. It's also frequented by foreigners, and it seems they were staying with small children. The owner was a wonderful person. It was clean, and I'd definitely stay here again if I come to Tottori.

My two nights here were a perfect escape. The room felt like a retreat into calm. I especially loved the private baths, quiet, serene, and easy to access. What made the stay truly unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. From the afternoon tea with a Japanese sweet served in the room to their constant thoughtfulness and gentle smiles, every detail made me feel welcomed and cared for. My stay here will remain one of the most memorable parts of my time in Japan.

A great variety of adorable yukata were available for us to choose from. After a relaxing soak in the onsen, it was truly splendid to quietly admire the garden. The service was also top-notch. The only slight letdown was the food; while plentiful, the seasoning wasn't quite there.

The environment is first-class, just by the sea, you can see the sea by the window, and you can see the sea from the bed. When you leave the store, you are the seaside, a very good beach. The owner is a grandmother who speaks too softly (you must pay attention to listening to it to hear clearly), and is very kind. The room has no bathroom and bathroom, which is very inconvenient. In the future, I will confirm three things in advance when I book a hotel: whether the room is equipped with a toilet and bathroom (the best bathroom and toilet are separate), whether the basin has hot water, and whether the WIFI is good. I think the coast is close and the best location. It is an old facility, but it is pasted with tatami mats so that you can walk barefoot all the building. The carbonated drinks and plum wine I enjoyed in the lounge on the first floor after meals and after a bath were also delicious. The room was clean, and the view of the snow and hot spring town from the window was amazing... The shuttle service to Kurayoshi Station on my way back was also very helpful (reservations required, 140 yen). Overall, it was a great hotel!

The service was excellent. I called the front desk to pick me up at Kurayoshi Jr. Station. They also helped me with my luggage and delivered it to the front desk.
