There is the main road running across the campsite. So we had to cross the road every time we wanted to access the facilities and amenities. Nice view and beach access with river stream in the site. Good for morning walks. Facilities were clean and plentiful. Camper sites were close to one another and are accessed only by a narrow road. It could pose a problem when more than 1 vehicle is moving in and out. To make situation worse, the waste dump point is along this road and vehicles need to wait for it to be vacant before accessing the other side.

The lady who checked us in wasn't very friendly. The room was reasonably comfortable. However, there were a lot of ants in the kitchen sink in the morning, which was quite annoying (we stayed at two places, and only this one had this issue). On the plus side, the room had an induction cooktop, which was very convenient for cooking.

We reached there after their check in time but hotel give very clear instructions and make check in smooth. We have 4 of us and the cabin is nice to stay for 4 persons. Small kitchen and allow you to cook simple meal. Night time bit cold and heather make us feel warmer. Definitely will come and visit again.

The place is amazing, and Louie made it even better. She's such a great host and provided very yummy breakfast. She made us feel like part of the family, and even let us stayed longer because of the cyclone, going out of her way to try to accomodate the last minute request.

The overseas rooms booked online in Trip.com are not far from various attractions in the tourist area. It is very convenient. We stayed for three people. The room was clean and tidy and the facilities were complete. The front desk service center staff was thoughtful and welcoming, and the experience was very good.

The hotel used to be a private mansion with every detail. The hotel is facing Lake Rotorua, the room has a wide view, five minutes drive from the skyline and ten minutes from the downtown. The hotel has its own paddock, where horses and sheep graze leisurely on the slopes. Breakfast can be cooked to order, and the lamb in the kiwi breakfast is very good. It was very comfortable to take a walk in the courtyard after eating breakfast. The hotel staff was warm and considerate. Some regrets were that because of the self-service on the skyline, I didn't try the dinner at the hotel. I have a chance to try it next time. There is a study room on the second floor of the hotel. There is a 200-page world map on the table. It has been turned over and confirmed that there is no less in China.

房子在山上，房間非常温馨，房東也非常熱情。我們英語不好，也沒有注意查收郵件，所以不知道入住方式（郵件寫清了自助入住的方式），貿然給房東打了電話，房東是一對很友善的夫妻，語言不通的情況下幫我們做了仔細的講解。另外早餐很豐富，是標準的國外早餐，沒有熱食，早上陽光灑進餐廳的時候非常温馨。這個房子的客廳是可以共享的，景色超級漂亮。需要注意的是，房間衹能一人入住，我們是兩人入住，沒有注意到這項要求，又額外補充了大概80多紐幣。房間沒有空調，但是有地暖機，一定要整晚開，不然5月中旬的天氣，早上會有一點冷。總之是非常好的體驗，推薦大家過來。

Amazing ambience and landscape inside of the Premise. Self-guided hiking tours were really nice, and I enjoy seeing all the wild lives inside of the lodge. Spacious rooms and amazing views. I enjoyed my stay very much. 

The house very big and clean, thanks for the owner kindly provided snack and car park. Very quiet places and good rest. Nearby got shopping and interest place. Highly recommended

Many people come to the Blue Lake in RVs and yachts. Needless to say, the scenery of the Blue Lake is so beautiful. Sitting by the lake relaxes your teeth and scalp. The resort has separate toilets and shared toilets/bathrooms. Mostly locals come for water sports and swimming/camping, very few Chinese tourists. It is recommended to bring a swimming ring or surfboard from January to March. There are no restaurants around, so we brought instant noodles and tomatoes on our backs. After eating a few days later, we took a 10-minute taxi to the Landing Cafe next to Terawera Lake to eat. The beach was very lively on a sunny day, filled with children and adults with dogs🐶 Come and play in the water. The lake is crystal clear and opposite is a volcano. You can talk to local people with yachts and let them drive to the hot water beach at the foot of the volcano for a hot spring♨️.
