SSparkling ❤️Location was decent for a small town, with a mini mart nearby and several dining options around.
The staff were very nice and friendly. One of my family members wasn’t sure how to use the heated blanket, so they didn’t take it out, which made it look like the room wasn’t used. The next day, the staff actually called to check if we were okay, as they were concerned we might have caught a cold from not using the heated blanket. I thought that was a really thoughtful gesture.

GGuest UserThe service was supreme. The room was extremely clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, with a beautiful bed cover. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was an amazing choice of toast with jams and marmalade or honey. Also in the room were cereal, yoghurt, and 2 mini chilled fruit pots in the fridge. There were plenty of choices for beverages and a litre of milk. This is the best in-room breakfast I have ever experienced!

刘刘In the town of hokitika on the west coast of New Zealand, very close to the Firefly Valley, the grasshopper needs a few minutes walk. In addition, the hokitika valley is also worth going, the water is blue and clear and bright. A little better in New Zealand, the attractions are basically free. We booked the cheapest room with no separate bathroom. In addition, pay attention to Trip.com can not contact the store directly. It is booked through other agents. The room type facilities in the middle may have errors.

FFanieFantastic holiday park, about a 2-minute drive from the centre of the town. Our cabin was clean, spacious and well-equipped. We bought meat at the local supermarket and used the barbecue facilities on site to cook it. There is also a fully operational communal kitchen which can be used for cooking. The service was outstanding and we had our helicopter ride to see the glaciers booked from reception. All and all, a wonderful experience.

We been there cold seasons, planning to go Josph glacier. But due to bad weather conditions we left early than we planned . No comment for the service s. Bcos they don’t have services .

HHUIA nice hotel with all big and small beds in the room. We have four rooms for 12 people, each of whom we need, clean and comfortable. The old couple take care of the hotel's daily life, thoughtful and enthusiastic.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, really close to all the attractions! The price was great too, excellent value for money 👍. The bathroom has a detachable shower head, and the room's kitchen comes with cookware, even a hot pot for cooking – so good! The shared kitchen is huge, and there's a lovely view right outside the room 😊.
