This was already our third booking at Homeme Suites at Aurora Escalades, and it continues to be a great experience every time. The location is very convenient for us since it’s close to our school, making even a short stay worthwhile. Ms. Nana is consistently a warm and responsive host, always ready to help and ensure everything goes smoothly. We really appreciate her kindness and reliability. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh sheets and nice beds that made our stay relaxing despite our busy schedule. For students like us, this place truly offers excellent value for money. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

The atmosphere of the room is such a sanctuary for sound sleep that you’ll never hear the hustle and bustle of the city. You’ll get up refreshed, rejuvenated and energized to start a new day. It’s been our third time here and we will surely book again in the future. Kudos to the staff of Propiedad Residences for their professionalism with a heart.

We had a great 5 nights stay at GemstoneBR located at SMDC Shore 2 Residences Tower 3. The room was clean, ilove the scent of the room smells so fresh & clean and the balcony was relaxing. Very convenient to everything. Close to the airport, walking distance to the mall and lots of food options and open all night so no matter when you get hungry there are still plenty of places to eat.

This was our second time here, which speaks volumes about how much we appreciate this place. The staff, as always, are incredibly welcoming, attentive, responsive, and friendly. The hotel is located right by the sea in a safe area with security and CCTV surveillance. There's no crime, loitering, or strangers on the street; it's very quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and spacious, with a view of the sea and a shopping mall. The air conditioning is quiet. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven store with all the essentials and snacks. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, you'll find a laundry room and a cafe. Seafood restaurants with sea views are within walking distance. Ayala Malls and SM are a short ride away, and there's a free shuttle bus available. Highly recommend!

The place was nice and clean, and I enjoyed my stay overall. I did notice a couple of things though—some cupboard covers were broken, and the shower door doesn’t close properly, so water splashes onto the toilet floor when you shower. Also, the smell of mothballs and bleach was a bit strong. Maybe use fewer mothballs and mix the bleach with fabric conditioner to reduce the scent next time Other than that, it was a good stay and I’d be happy to come back next time.

This is the view from the hotel, it's very beautiful, and the location is also very convenient with many services such as restaurants, clubs, massage parlors, convenience stores. It's a fairly lively area at night. The room was quite clean upon check-in, but perhaps because the room is old, the bathroom smelled a bit musty.

Comfy accommodation with a bar, kitchen, and laundry facilities. Very convenient for getting around. They also have luggage storage (for a fee). There are shops and street stalls nearby. The only downside is that you can hear a lot of street noise in the room at night.
