 This apartment was excellent & exceeded our expectations.  Kevin is a great host and can assist with Taxi transfers restaurant recommendations and I highly recommend booking the dolphin cruise with him if you want a six star cruise experience in how long they on probably the best boat in the harbour.
 The room is very spacious and has a million dollar view of halong bay - you can even rent a motorbike and explore the coastal roads which are beautiful and it makes it much easier when you don’t have to take the bike back to the shop but just leave it in the car park downstairs.
 we highly recommend this apartment and the services Kevin brings and we hope to return in the future with our families. Give me some photos of the view from the room and some of the photos from the Dolphin cruise.

This building houses both homestays and hotels, and the designs are quite similar, but this homestay type is much cheaper. I think I booked it at an even lower price than usual, and I'm amazed by the spaciousness, ocean view, 5-star quality bathroom, tableware, bed, and huge lounge for this price.
On the 40th floor, there's a pub with floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, offering a night view even more stunning than the high-floor bars in Jamsil Lotte Tower, and the high-rise pool is also fantastic.
However, it would be helpful if guests were informed to leave the key in the room when checking out. It seems that luggage storage is not available. Direct communication with the host might not always be smooth, so it's essential to inquire about anything you need in advance.

I heard that Halong Bay is very crowded, so I took a cruise ship to Lan Ha Bay, which is far away. We took a speedboat to the ship parked offshore. It was a very good tour that efficiently went around the tourist spots. Since I used a suite room, I didn't participate in all the activities and just relaxed on my private balcony. Suite room passengers were able to have afternoon tea in their rooms. In the restaurant, they prepared a quiet table for us, separate from the regular room passengers, so we were able to relax. The food was also delicious. Above all, the staff were all very kind, and they gave thorough explanations about safety, so they are a reliable team. It was a very good trip, thank you very much. I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice accommodation. We were met, showed the room, explained how to use the card. But the main instructions for the room were not given - it was necessary to understand on its own how to turn on the water heating, how to turn on the washing machine - but it was ok. It was upset that there were no basic items for cooking and assembling dishes, of course, very short of microwave. I hope the owner will finish these nuances 🙏
The room was amazingly clean, little, the gel for the soul smelled fantastic. The room has a tv, everything it takes for a snack if you go to the shop, by the way, it's all rowed up there and works until late. From the city center is farvato, but taxi is not expensive, sometimes we even walked there - it is useful. View at sea 🫶🏼Thanks 🙏

GGuest UserI came to this house for one night. And, indeed, it felt like home. The hotel hostess speaks very good English and in the morning her husband can make you breakfast. I chose the common room and it was very cozy and clean. With a heart. There were pictures of family members everywhere and beautiful decor 😊. It was like I was visiting a Vietnamese family. The hostess let me stay the second night for free because my bus was 5:40. She was very kind and caring. Good air conditioning also 😁

LLJ 享受人生Overall good. We booked two rooms, the price was low and the value for money was excellent. The rooms are large, each room has 2 double beds and the toilet is clean. But living on the 2nd floor is noisy, there is the sound of the steam locomotive outside. After all, the windows of the house in Vietnam are not designed tightly. It is recommended that the room on the 3rd floor not close to the road will not be noisy. In addition, it is recommended that the mineral water in the room should be given to the guests for free. It will meet the world trend. There is not even a mineral water, if you have to pay extra 5K VND ..... Although it is not very expensive, it is a problem of feeling after all. Otherwise, you can also attach the mineral water fee to the room fee. It feels good. Give you a suggestion that conforms to the world trend, and you will progress.
