Comfort Suites West Memphis I-40 I-55

The entryway and front desk were pleasant. I had read on reviews here that a $2 room safe fee was on the check in and the desk clerk mentioned she had already removed the charge. She also gave us a list of places to eat and circled her favorites and we chose one and the meal was very good. Our room was large and bed away from the door so we didn't hear much hallway noise. On the downside, both elevator floors were sticky and when we exited on our floor we were greeted with a bin full of trash with more stacked on the floor beside it. None of this was cleaned while we were there (although we were only there just over 15 hours.) Also, the hot items for breakfast were not to our taste. The scrambled eggs were very moist, to the point of runny without any taste and the sausage was so salty neither one of us could eat it. We switched to pastry, yogurt, and fruit.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok. Need to have sausage patties instead of the sausage links. I use a CLC card. Some of the staff said that I needed CLC to call to make my reservations, and that is not so. That I also needed CLC to approve an extended stay, which is also not so.
Ramada by Wyndham West Memphis

Not as bad as other reviews, I think it's good! The hotel is on the highway, the sound insulation design is very good, the hotel is not affected by high-speed noise at all!
Tru by Hilton West Memphis
4.2/596 Reviews
We needed a hotel reasonably close to Memphis to catch a mid morning flight. Tru was the perfect hotel to fit our needs. It is located directly across the interstate from Southland ******. The parking lot is big enough that parking was easy. The hotel is new and clean. Zaquita greeted us on arrival and was so kind and helpful. Diamond status was acknowledged at check in. The lobby is cool! There’s a pool table and lots of seating. There’s a neat mural on the wall. There is a water/ hydration station. Our room was spacious. There’s no carpet in the rooms. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and clean, and good lighting. The TV had a personalized welcome sign, which is kinda cool for such a small hotel. We were really happy with it. No fuss, no muss. Just the basics we needed and a little extra. We’ll stay here again in the future.
Red Roof Inn West Memphis, AR

I've stayed at this location at least once before, and it's always a trade-off. It's fairly clean, but sp****. It's noisy, but safe. It smells terrible, but has really hot water. That's what it mostly comes down to. I was given a non-smoking room yesterday, and when I went in it reeked like someone had just finished a cigarette, but I found the internet to be strong and the water to be hot (at least at night). The tv reception was atrocious, the sound was terrible, and you could hear everything other guests were saying through the walls, so it was really noisy, but I always bring earplugs, and slept fine. There were plenty of outlets. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were too, but I didn't see any bugs, and that's all I'm hoping for at this price point.
Super 8 by Wyndham West Memphis
3.3/5102 Reviews
I stayed here one night. Previously, I stayed here in 2021. For a budget hotel in West Memphis, it is a 10/10 rating. 1. Good price. 2. Good location 3. Clean rooms 4. Ok breakfast (Good for Super 8 standards). 5. Friendly and helpful staff. If you look at reviews from March 2022 to about June 2022, you will note they are one review for that invisible person. They are fake in my opinion. The complaints are not true on my two visits. If I am wanting a budget hotel just outside Memphis, it is my top choice.
