We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the ferry, which we were taking the next morning.
Everything went smoothly; the welcome was very friendly.
The room was clean, with a hot shower and a good mattress—ideal for a stopover.
A swimming pool and a fitness center are available, as well as taxis to the city center; all for a flat rate of 300,000 VND.
And there are small Vietnamese restaurants all around for dinner.

Great little spot for any age.
I'm 43 and found the place and people very friendly.
Great social area and free to use washer and dryer.
Sometimes a bit smelly from drains and old AC unit.
But staff and hostel in general make up for the little things.
Would definitely stay again in private room.
Also surprisingly quiet at night even when full.

Families not recommended, well who am I to say this. Not for our family, with 2 kids under 12. For couples, for solo travelers who are looking for roof top and international company, not expecting much as of comfort and cleanliness, for pure experience and budget? well this is it.
We arrived 1 day earlier, most hotels for families were sold out, that is why we stayed at this interesting hotel.

Nice hostel. At the reception is more less English speaking, but the staff very much strive to answer all questions and to meet wishes (to be needed with translators). Our room was small and without windows, but very clean and looked new. The AC was super silent.
We extended our stay for one night, but moved to a room with windows. This was spacious, but it didn't seem so modern.
We used the washing service and borrowed a roller (150k VND / day).

ЕЕ.М.I really loved the room 😍 It felt clean, fresh, and new throughout my entire stay! It was a bit tricky to find the hotel address because the owner has properties in several locations, and I couldn't find 'Rainbow Motel 3' specifically on Grab. But the hotel quickly responded to my message. I just had to walk a short distance down the street with my suitcase.
Everything in the room was brand new – bedding, robes, towels, furniture, bathroom fixtures, appliances (kettle, air conditioner, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator), and dishes (glasses, cups, plate). The wardrobe had plenty of hangers and a laundry basket, plus lots of slippers. All necessary toiletries were provided (liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, dental kits, comb, cotton swabs). Entry to the room and the hotel late at night was by key card. The room had a stylish design, with all details tastefully chosen. There was no humidity in the room; everything dried well.
Upon check-in, there were 4 bottles of 0.5L water. There's an elevator in the building. On the first floor, near reception, you can buy clothes. Nearby, there are stops for buses 17, 19, and 20, as well as many cafes, restaurants, shops, massage parlors, travel agencies, etc. It's close to the fountain show at the lake. The beach is just one block away on foot, and beach access is open and free. The V-bus from the safari and VinWonders park dropped us off at the main entrance of Wyndham Garden, which is very close to the hotel.
Room cleaning was not done once during my 4-day stay, and water was not replenished. In comparison, when I stayed at hotels in the city center and in the south, cleaning was daily, and water was provided without request.
The balcony offered a good view – of the Wyndham Garden hotel pool and a part of Grand World.
What could be improved is regular cleaning and daily water replenishment in the room.
It's a pleasant place to stay, and I'd love to come back! Thank you to the owner for creating such a cozy atmosphere!

LLiu Yin ChenLove the decoration style in the room! Shower gel shampoo is recommended to prepare by yourself, the room is too dry. Walk to colors of Venice quite close. There is a convenience store downstairs very convenient! The only omission was that the water in the kettle of the previous tenant did not fall when he checked in, and the shower head pipe of the bathtub would leak, and everything else was fine!
