Excellent service from concierge and reception despite Corona measures! Got an upgrade to a larger room. Unfortunately the hotel bar is still closed, but overall I was very happy with my stay.

I stayed here for a conference so the location was not in my control. However, it’s 30mins by tram from the center of Munich. Surrounding there is not many restaurants but there is a supermarket within 5 mins walk. The reception has a Starbucks so it’s very handy for the mornings if you don’t get their breakfast.

The location is the best. The rooms are large. The bed is comfortable, there are many pillows and they are soft, the blanket is light and pleasant. Bathrobes/slippers/coffee maker/sweet compliment upon arrival 👌🏻Drinking water in a glass bottle is replenished daily. The staff is attentive and very friendly. We went to the bar on the roof. A bit expensive 😬. The breakfast at the hotel is varied and impeccable. There is a tiny problem that the elevator does not always ”listen”) because to go up you need to put your room card.
