The receptionist was very considerate. The hotel's hygiene and environment were excellent. It was during the Christmas period, and the Christmas tree in the lobby was beautifully decorated. When you ordered food, you were given cute Christmas gifts in the room, tied with red bows, which created a strong festive atmosphere. There is a free shuttle bus to Disneyland, which made us have a happy holiday.

The location of the hotel is very good, just inside the Disney World, the hotel has a free shuttle bus to each park, the room is very clean, and the service staff are very friendly. Tickets to Disney World can be bought directly in the hotel. Will stay again next time.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. After confirming that it was our first stay, he explained in detail that we didn't need to return the card when checking out. The door card was a fast pass and we could keep it. He left our email address and we received an email the next morning and could check out online. We took the hotel's water bus to and from the park. We didn't have to pay for parking by scanning the room card in the parking lot. The overall cost performance was very high

The room was very dark and lacked adequate lighting. The flower sun is not strong enough and the bathing experience is very poor. There are few restaurant choices and the food is more expensive. But the staff service is good and polite. But in terms of accommodation experience, I think this is the worst hotel among the 7 hotels in my entire Orlando trip.

Food was great, but very little options if you can't do dairy. I wish I was alerted that there was going to be a cheerleading competition at the hotel and the studio because they got very annoying at the pool and at universal. Nobody warned us the park was closing at 6 due to grad bash, and they did nothing for us after purchasing tickets full price for literally 3 hours of enjoyment. The person on phone told me I could check in and get my hotel room as early as I want which ended up being a lie and costing us a lot of time we could have saved. We checked in our bags than got the wrong bags which costed us more time later again and frustration. I think for how much you're paying these should be considered if you're booking a hotel with them, but hopefully they can improve upon it. Otherwise great stay and thank god for the included express pass otherwise we would haven't gotten on many rides in. Staff was very nice and helpful except for some of the baggage people.

The hotel has a barge to and from Universal Studios, with convenient transportation. The hotel is currently under renovation, which affects the appearance of the facilities, and the service attitude of the dock staff is average. The hotel rooms are spacious and quiet, and the studio offers an Express Pass, which is convenient for rest and play.

The hotel provides express tickets to Universal Studios, which can be used for 2 days if you stay one night, so the overall cost performance is actually very good. There is a water bus to Universal Studios.
There is a Starbucks downstairs for breakfast. Hahaha, the breakfast is rich and varied, but there is no need to order breakfast included.

Check in was slow and took about 40-45 minutes but all the staff were friendly and you couldn’t wish for a better location.

Hotel location is remote, driving is not convenient, close to JW Marriott. The room is OK, but it is still far from the luxury hotel. A white handsome guy at the front desk couldn't find a Ctrip order, and it took a long time to check in. At the checkout, an additional 39 yuan resort fee was charged.

The hotel is in a very good location, with a dedicated passage to the exhibition hall. There was a Vietnamese guy at the front desk who was very enthusiastic and helped me get a free upgrade. Thank you very much. The young man who helped call a taxi at the gate was also full of energy. Will come back and stay here again.

I had a prepaid booking.
They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status.
We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment.
Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping.
Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment.
We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error”
The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff.
The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner.
I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing.
You can get only inroom dining after 10pm.
Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

Hotel is amazing but they are not ready for business. Hotel stuff were overwhelmed wait for restaurants and service at the restaurants were ridiculous. NO BEACH CHAIR to seat and not enough chair for hotel guest. we counted 58 chairs for 2000 guest . Very bad business. No signs in Conrad hotel where was where.
Not coming back to the hotel or restaurants on the property. Cebia restaurant we had horrible service and for the price they charge that should never happen.
