The hotel is located outside the Taj Mahal Scenic Area, so calling a taxi outside is a bit inconvenient because the car cannot enter the area outside the Taj Mahal at will, so it is impossible to enter the hotel. You can only walk to the periphery of the Taj Mahal, except for the Tutu car. The main building of the Taj Mahal can be seen from the windows of each room of the hotel. The ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable! Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!

Old hotel, the facilities in the room are old and the cleanliness is acceptable. Agra smog is very serious, especially in the evening, the air is filled with a strong burnt wood taste, sleep at night is awakened several times... The hotel has no fresh air system filtration, and there is no warm air in the room AC, for Agra 5-6 degrees at night It’s too cold to sleep! The hotel’s own garden is beautiful, with Indian dance performances on weekends and all the staff are nice. When we checked in, we rushed to three tour groups. The group meal filled the cafeteria, causing breakfast to be eaten at another restaurant in the hotel. The quality should not be collected. The next day the group left and everything returned to normal. Based on the price/performance ratio, I suggest you stay at this hotel when you come to the Taj Mahal. Be sure to wear a mask.

The stay was quite comfortable and the deluxe room allotted to us on fourth floor (rno: 4012) was comfortable but surprisingly there was no safe in the room and the cupboard had no doors. Even the cabinets and side tables have no storage drawers. The property does not have a bar license. No 16 ampere socket is available in parking area for slow charging of electric vehicle.

Overall experience was average. Food was ok, the upkeep of hotel interiors, lobby areas was not up to the mark. Looks like old property requiring renovation & regular cleaning.

The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel. The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything. The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice. From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees). The dinner was great. And the best thing is a swimming pool.

Go to the Taj Mahal and stay here for one night. The interior of the hotel is old and the bedding is clean. Don't ask too much in India. The service is good, it may be the legacy of the old British colony, and the breakfast is rich. Trident Agra proved to be a hidden gem. Their service staff was very warm helpful and friendly. Though it was just one night the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the in room dining option. The presence of a potter, a palm reader and bangle seller added to the charm.
