The bathroom was spotless and supplied with all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and attractive décor. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, the room offered excellent comfort, cleanliness, and value for money. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
ShawnLiShawnLiLocation Very convenient with walking distance to twin tower. The hotel has at least 4 restaurants with a premier gym also. Every night, there is live music in the bar area, really enjoyed the atmosphere. The room is sparkling clean. Except the pillows are a bit too hard for me, but the staff changed me softer ones. The only thing that I think can be improved is the variety of the breakfast, everyday the food is almost the same. But overall, very good experience for my stay.

You also can't store luggage, so I had to leave it in the unmanned check-in area, which felt somewhat secure. The hotel's location is great; downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and various local food stalls. There's also a large shopping mall nearby. The infinity pool is excellent, L-shaped, offering views of both CBDs in Kuala Lumpur. The gym feels a bit like an afterthought with limited equipment, but the treadmill by the floor-to-ceiling window offers a nice view. The room itself is generally good, with all the facilities: a fridge, washing machine, and stovetop. The washing machine is a washer-dryer combo, so clothes are washed and dried automatically, coming out very clean and ready to wear without needing to be hung up. This allows you to pack fewer clothes and stay longer. However, the kettle is terrible; it was very dirty with a lot of limescale, clearly not cleaned. Even after several washes, the water still had a strange smell, making it undrinkable. The hotel's Wi-Fi is good in the living room, but for some reason, it's very poor in the bedroom, almost unusable. This is inconvenient for those who like to use their phone in bed.Guest UserGuest UserThis is an excellent apartment hotel, perfect for a family of four. It's right next to Pavilion and TRX Mall. You can walk to TRX in 5 minutes and Pavilion in 10 minutes. The subway station is also very close, so you can reach all the nearby attractions by metro. The hotel's building complex has great security, and the 10th-floor swimming pool is open all day. Most importantly, the service is fantastic, and it's very clean, making for a worry-free stay. The services were consistent with what was mentioned, and we used the luggage storage both at check-in and check-out. Kitchen utensils are provided, there’s a free sauna and swimming pool that has a breath taking view m.
