There is a spacious and bright public area on the second floor where you can drink tea and coffee for free, which is suitable for simple business meetings. It is walking distance from BART station, Amtrak train station, and Chinatown, which is very convenient. The only thing that needs to be considered is the surrounding safety issues. Because it is located in the city center and the city hall is right outside the window. There are many homeless people, so try to go out as little as possible at night.

Doesn’t have any inside windows but if you from any windows actually very green many food spots and many stores nearby are walking distance and BART which is a form of transportation is very close by I really like everything about this room very cozy very clean and the customer service is fantastic here every time

The front desk guy (Indian guy) was extremely pleasant and warm. The security staff were very nice and helpful. The upgraded my room to a bigger room beside the felt I would be coming with more than two people. Wow. Very thoughtful. Overall great experience!!!

The front desk was a black lady with a blank expression and indifferent service. The room I requested was far from the elevator, but I was given a room next to the elevator. I was too lazy to go down to change the room, but the electronic curtains were still broken, so I had to go down to change the room. I was already very tired and really upset. This black lady at the front desk affected my impression of Hilton and San Francisco. It was really disgusting. The hotel facilities and hygiene were OK, and the breakfast was an American breakfast, which was OK.

Breakfast is ok. No toothbrushes and slippers, no hotels in the United States. There is no heating and air conditioning, it will be very cold in December, I added a quilt. Downstairs security is OK, there is a restaurant, close to a commercial area by the sea, homeless people are much less than San Francisco. The train next to it will be very noisy and it is recommended to stay on the other side of the train. The room was large and there was a desk, but I didn't even have a chandelier above my head. I don't know why, the light is very dark.

Booked in a two-bedroom apartment suite, there are two rooms, each with a double bed and bathroom, a kitchen and living room in the middle, a microwave oven with a microwave oven, and a cup, plate and dishware. Very suitable for family living. There is a big bird on the tree outside the small balcony. There are many yachts in the small bay. Walking along the front road to the right, there is a German restaurant, German sausage and beer taste really good. The hotel's free breakfast is OK. Three kinds of sausages are eaten a day. One day there are bacon patties sausages, milk cereals, homemade waffles, and several kinds of bread jams. Originally, I wanted to live in San Francisco, but I said that the roads in the city are relatively ups and downs, the one-way line is complicated, and the parking cost is high. So I live in Auckland. It is convenient to drive the Auckland Bridge to San Francisco for two consecutive days. I found a Guilin rice noodle shop nearby in the evening, and it tastes so good! ! !

Traveling with family. The advantages of this hotel are: the bed is very comfortable, the room is large, it is close to the lake, the scenery is nice, the location is OK, there is an outlet mall about 10 minutes drive away, but it is crowded after Christmas, and the waiting time for shopping is long. Disadvantages are: the room lighting is too dim, the heating is not hot at the beginning, it was freezing on the first day, and the hotel engineering staff came to fix it on the second day. The toilet is not very easy to use. Other things are OK. Service: The night we went, Luis and the white lady provided good service, especially Luis, who was considerate of the customers, and the African-American lady that night and the African-American lady the next morning provided particularly good service. The service of another waiter was average, sometimes not very friendly, and I hope it will improve. We consider this motel in Oakland area a very good choice of value-for-money, if you want to avoid staying in very small (and worn-out) motel rooms in downtown San Francisco. We had a rental car, so driving to downtown San Francisco (or in fact anywhere) was not a problem at all. The motel provides free parking. This motel was renovated just two years ago, rooms are reasonably sized and kept very clean. If you want to use public transport, the motel is only 15-minute's walk from the nearest BART. Service at the front desk was friendly and responsive. The only drawback about this motel is its neighborhood it is located in......you will want to take care if you want to walk the streets at night.
