Run by a very kind old couple. We will enter the room for cleaning every day (*if you mind, you may need to communicate) After checking out on the last day, grandpa drove us to the station for a ride. He even wore a tie, which was really cute. I highly recommend friends who come to Nagoya to stay here. You can get to the city by bus. Here are things first-time movers need to pay attention to: 1. Since there are only two people in the hotel, grandparents, there will be access control, and no entry or exit is allowed from 00:00 to 06:30 the next day (the morning time is not sure). 2. There is a large bathtub in the public bathroom, where multiple people can take a bath together (I am not sure if there will be people I don’t know taking a bath together)

The hotel is located near Jinshan Station, about 2 minutes walk after exiting the station to reach the hotel, nearby shopping malls, supermarkets, and many restaurants. The room was clean and the breakfast was average, but good for a free breakfast. In addition the staff is very polite and helps the guests with heart. The only drawback is that the hotel is close to the railway, there will be some noise when the trains pass by at night.

Simple request, if possible to change 2 single beds to 1 double bed in the same room type upon check in and was told the change will cost 100,000 YEN PER PERSON. Total will be 200,000 yen for just changing the bed arrangements. I think the charges are ridiculous, most hotels will do it for free if there's availability. Make sure to book the correct bed arrangements as changes are outrageously expensive. Even though it's not fully booked, staff are not willing to make a change out of goodwill. It shows about their service.

The location is great. Everything is nearby. A shopping haven and close to the bus terminal located at Oasis 21. Without luggage, it is a nice 5 to 10 minutes walk. We were recommended to a French Bakery (Kaneda), nearby for breakfast. It is the best croissant that we have tasted. On the flipside,ithe toilet and shower space was a bit too tight. Would be great if they are separated as experienced in a hotel in Kyoto. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely come back to this hotel.

The location and environment are very convenient! It is very close to Kanayama Station and Higashibetsuin Station. It is very convenient to go to Sea World or Nagoya Castle. I stayed in Nagoya for the purpose of watching F1, but most of the cheap hotels were fully booked, so this was the last hotel I could find. The location is a bit disappointing. It's about a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station. The rooms are just the right size, compact, and the TV was very useful. It also has a smartphone screen transfer function, such as YouTube, and it shows how crowded the bathhouse is, so it was very functional. There were Korean staff, so communication was easy and the service was good. The breakfast was relatively simple, but there was nothing lacking. What I liked most about this hotel was the various special facilities, such as the fitness center, lounge, vending machine area, smoking room, massage chair, and bathhouse. Since I returned to Nagoya late after visiting the F1 circuit, I didn't have time to enjoy other things, so I went straight to the hotel. I bought food and drinks at the Mega Don Quijote Mart one block away, ate them, went to the bathhouse, and enjoyed the massage chair, so I was able to relax and enjoy just the special facilities inside the hotel. I think it is a good hotel with special facilities and a reasonable price.

Satisfied with this hotel. The size of the room is quite bug for Japan standards as I'm used to very tiny room in Japan hotels. The location is fantastic as there are subway lines which are easily accessible by walking. Convinience stores, drug stores, restaurants, malls and resto-bars are close by. You can see the Nagoya science museum from the street of the hitel location. There is an under ground small food stall as well.

Our room was bigger than we expected and we were able to open our four luggage all at once. The beds are very comfortable to sleep on. I was able to access my Netflix and YouTube accounts on the Smart TV. The toiler room is separated from the bathroom and the powder room outside is very spacious.

Very good location! Less than 10 minutes walking to Nagoya Station. The staff are friendly and the room is very quiet. The hotel is in a superior location, as soon as you get out of the station across the road, there is a restaurant downstairs until 10 pm, the street has AEON super convenient, spacious double beds, very good hygiene, Tony did not know he was traveling, I see He said enjoy your birthday, the only drawback is that the air conditioner vent blows overhead and can only be turned off when sleeping. There are shopping malls and many eateries nearby, early bird booked five nights room super good value for money, - will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

The hygiene of Japanese hotels is in place, without any peculiar smell, the towels are soft and clean, and every corner of the bathroom is very clean, without any old dirt. It is not a bad choice to choose Toyoko Inn for accommodation in Japan. If you are considering the convenience of transferring to JR, this is the best choice. But if you choose Meitetsu, you have to live on the other side of the famous station. Breakfast is included, the quality is good, Western style, and there are also Japanese curry rice and miso soup. In terms of service, there is not much enthusiasm, but it is quite satisfactory. The only shortcomings are that the quilt is too hot (very thin, very warm, and comfortable to the skin). It is very good in winter, but it is a bit hot in spring and autumn. I'm a local and I stayed this hotel because I had a meeting with my close friend at a restaurant near here. I didn't want to go back home in the midnight by taxi. The location is good enough, close to Chikusa station. You can arrive at the entrance through the underground pass from the station. The facilities are good, but not new, not super excellent. To stay here one or two nights for a business might be fine, but I do not recommend you for tourism. Good enough as a business hotel.

Takes about 7 mins to reach the hotel from Nagoya station. Maybe mistook the bigger Tokyo Inn Building just beside each other, but honkan is the smaller one. Even though the building is not the taller building, the single room that I managed to book was way more spacious than I had at Meitetsu Inn! There's amenities bar at the lobby with water to provide your basic necessities, especially the skincare pack which I'm very impressed with! There are nearby cafeterias and convenient stores around so no problem with food. The mattress bed is indeed considered quite hard but I have no issues sleeping with hard beds so I can sleep really well. Room toilet is very small but compact with everything you need. Overall a great value hotel, and I managed to become a member of Toyoko inn 😜

This was part of our mid-way point of our Japan taster city breaks. Hotels are a vital part of city breaks. The Meitetsu Grand Hotel is finely and centrally located right next to Nagoya Station. They offered a smoking room with a view on the 14th floor to die for. The room offers great amenities, including coffee making, a fridge chiller and wholesome bathroom accessories. There’s ice making machine, filtered mineral water and a Y500 laundry service on the same floor. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. However, the breakfast was an additional fee with a huge selection of hot and cold buffet. Absolutely love this stay and I fully recommend it to future travellers.
