Jacob JosefJacob JosefHotel have a great location closed to the train station we have stayed at this hotel for some years ago. But this time our room was not as expected as it’s was on the 6th floor (last floor and ) and it has gable roof room which is very closed to the bed so we need to be extra careful to not hitting our heads against the wall while we go through. Otherwise everyone was more than good , breakfast was very delicious and helful staff they allow us to forlong our check out 2 hours with no fee. Absolutely will stay here again but in another floor :)

Unfortunately, the floor in the room wasn't clean. Room cleaning needs to be requested a day in advance and cannot be spontaneously arranged. Additionally, the beds are rather small for a hotel of this category.
Overall, the location is a big plus, but there's room for improvement regarding service and cleanliness.
BeccaaaaaLBeccaaaaaLI had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room was spotless throughout my stay. The staffs were friendly and welcoming.
The location is 10-15mins away from S-Bahn Berliner Tor. There's public transport nearby and easy access to the city centre. However, it isn’t right in the heart of the main tourist area, so it takes a short journey to reach some attractions.
The amenities were fairly basic. While everything I needed for a comfortable stay was available, I felt there could be more facilities or extras to enhance the experience.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay with excellent service.

Shower only had one in three bodywash shampoo, which isn't great for hair so bring your own shampoo. You can ask for a hairdryer at the front desk, it has a deposit. No noise, front desk staff were helpful and friendly, everyone spoke English. Subway station was close, 2 big supermarkets close as well.Anonymous UserAnonymous UserTo the gentlemen reading this, you don't have much choice, but to any ladies out there—I strongly, strongly recommend booking a female-only room. I cannot stress this enough: please choose a female-only room.
Overall, the hostel itself is fantastic. The facilities are decent, the location is unbeatable, and you really can't beat the price. The staff members were super friendly, and the place felt clean. Although this was my first hostel in Germany, I’ve stayed at many hostels around the world, and value-for-money wise, this place is top-notch.
The only issue comes down to some of the other guests. When I checked into my first room, I was hit with a terrible odor as soon as I opened the door, and someone was snoring loudly. I asked to switch rooms right away, and the staff were kind enough to accommodate me. Unfortunately, even in the second room, there was another guest with severe body odor who snored heavily all day long. Because of this, I couldn't relax or get a good night's sleep.
I really don't want it to sound offensive to someone..but my overall experience dropped significantly just because of this single reason.
Maybe I was just unlucky, but those guests seemed to be long-term residents.
So again, ladies, even if it costs a bit more, please do yourself a favor and book a female-only room.Trending Searches
